Selling Dreams: Sweet and Sour Chicken Stir-Fry Featured

Since we moved there is exactly ZERO quality Chinese restaurants by us. We’ve tried two different places; both were epic fails… which means I now have to make my beloved cuisine at home. Since I can remember sweet and sour chicken has been my favorite to order. However now that I’m adult I like lots of veggies in mine {I bet my mom never saw this coming} like carrots, bell pepper, onions, broccoli and if I was making this for myself I would’ve added mushrooms and those baby corn thingies. And pretty much anything else I can get my mitts on.  I obviously like lots of color in my stir fry.

 

 

This is always a hit at our house and the other day my husband’s exact words were “this is way better than any restaurant”. I happen to agree and you guys it’s not even fluorescent pink! I always wondered how they get it that shade.
